About our team:
| Mr A Gromski | Executive Head Teacher of both Tibberton & Hindlip CE First Schools - Mr Gromski shares his time equally between both schools. |
| Mrs R Jordan | Mrs Jordan is Head of School, English Lead, MfL Lead, PSHE Lead and jobshare Class Teacher of our combined Y1/Y2 class (Middle Unit) with Miss Sabine. She helps the children run the School Council. |
| Mr J Uren | Mr Uren is the SENCO for both Tibberton and Hindlip CE First Schools, based out of Hindlip, where he is also Head of School and Y3/Y4 class teacher . |
| Mrs J Turner | Mrs Turner is the class teacher for our combined Y3/Y4 class (Upper Unit). Mrs Turner is also our RE and PE Co-ordinator. She helps the CREW run collective worship. |
| Miss J Breakell | Miss Breakell is the class teacher for our combined Reception/Y1 class (Lower Unit) and is also our EYFS, Maths and Science Co-ordinator. |
| Miss E Sabine | Miss Sabine is our Y1/Y2 class teacher (Middle Unit) which is a job share alongside Mrs Jordan. Miss Sabine is our Art, DT, History and Geography Co-ordinator and also runs the after school arts and gardening clubs. |
| Mrs T Guinivan | Mrs Guinivan is one of our capable teaching assistants, based predominantly in our our Y3/Y4 class (Upper Unit). |
| Mrs S Michell | Mrs Michell is one of our capable teaching assistants based in Lower Unit and supporting Miss Breakell with our Reception and Y1 children. |
| Miss J Workman | Miss Workman is one of our fantastic lunchtime supervisors, helping the children with their lunch and keeping them safe at playtime. |
| Miss S Hawkins-Harding | Miss Hawkins-Harding is one of our fantastic lunchtime supervisors, helping the children with their lunch and keeping them safe at playtime. |
| Mrs K Wood | Mrs Wood is one of our fantastic lunchtime supervisors, helping the children with their lunch and keeping them safe at playtime. |
| Mrs J Wright | Mrs Wright is one of our fantastic lunchtime supervisors, helping the children with their lunch and keeping them safe at playtime. She is also one of our fantastic Breakfast Club supervisors as well as being one of our School Cleaners. |
| Mrs J Cole | Mrs Cole is our head cleaner. |
| Mrs D Greig | Mrs Greig is our wonderful Breakfst Club Lead, giving the children a happy start and a hearty breakfast at the start of the day. |
| Mrs M Adams | Mrs Adams is our School Administrator, providing support to the school team and helping our parents with enquiries. She is also one of our fantastic Breakfast Club Supervisors. |
| Mrs L Lewis | Mrs Lewis is the Business Manager for both Tibberton and Hindlip CE First Schools, based out of Hindlip where she also provides administrative support. |
| Mrs M Holloway | Mrs M Holloway is a Teaching Assistant specialising in one to one support. |
| Miss K McIntyre | Miss McIntyre is one of our capable teaching assistants based in Middle Unit and supporting our Y1 and Y2 children. |
| Mr M Jones | Mr M Jones is the school handyperson, helping us with all things maintenance. |
